Things to check:

## Spam

Please check that your order receipt was not automatically sent to a ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder

## Email address entry error

If there was a typo in your email address on the order, you will need to [create a ticket](https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/13) with the following information:

- Full Name
- Date and time of order estimate
- Product(s) ordered

If you paid via PayPal and use a different email for it, check the associated email address to see if it was sent there.
