In some cases, a particular application may behave incorrectly or lose performance while Groupy is active — for example, a full‑screen, windowed, or GPU‑accelerated game may begin running at a reduced frame rate. 

If you notice an issue from a game/application that stops the moment Groupy is turned off, you can exclude that individual application to keep using Groupy normally for everything else.

### How to exclude an application

1. Open **Groupy**
2. Go to the **Grouping rules **tab.
3. Select **Block / allow applications.**
4. Add the application's executable to the block list — for example, `VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe`.
5. Apply the change. Groupy will no longer hook or group that application.

> ℹ️ In the original Groupy, go to **Settings** -> **Application exclusions **for this feature

> ***Tip:**** Use the application's exact executable name. If you're unsure of it, open Task Manager, right‑click the running app, and choose ****Open file location**** to find the *`.exe`*.*
